The Shops @ Fort St John Crossing

Harbour identified this 2.31-acre site in the Fall of 2024 in the underserviced retail area of East Fort St John. The site is located on the SE corner of 93rd Avenue and 86th Street. Construction started in August 2025 and is expected to be completed in early Summer 2026. The site will comprise two buildings, totaling approximately 20,000 square feet of leasable area. The anchor building is approximately 15,750 square feet and is leased to Shoppers Drug Mart, and the drive-thru pad is approximately 4,120 square feet and is leased to McDonald’s. The site is ideally situated in the center of the east Fort St. John population, kitty-corner to North Peace Secondary School, the region’s only secondary school with over 1,300 students.
