Construction started in August 2025 and is expected to be completed in early Summer 2026. The site will comprise two buildings, totaling approximately 20,000 SF of leasable area. The anchor building is approximately 15,750 SF and is leased to Shoppers Drug Mart, and the drive-thru pad is approximately 4,120SF and is leased to McDonald's.
Harbour acquired this 2.33 acre vacant site in the Spring of 2022. The site construction was completed in August 2024.
